Our Professional Employer Organisation (PEO) product is a co-employment service where we share employer responsibilities with you. How much support you get depends on the solution you choose.

As the PEO, you will need your own legal entity in the US and will register to do business in each state you hire employees. You will be the legal employer, but we will be responsible for payroll, benefits, taxes, and compliance.

This is a great choice for businesses looking for comprehensive support while maintaining employer status for visa purposes or issuing stock incentives.

All our pricing is simple and transparent.

Regardless of the state, we charge you a flat monthly management fee per employee and we only charge you actual employment costs per state.

We’re a true growth partner and want to share in your success. That’s why we don’t charge for new states or for onboarding and offboarding employees.

We offer volume discounts, so the more you grow headcount, the cheaper the service becomes.

Prices may vary depending on the level of solution customization.
