Over a decade ago, our founder took the bold step of expanding his recruitment business, initially focused on VC and PE-backed companies, into the American market.

Since then, we have successfully established our presence in all 50 states, facilitating the relocation of numerous employees from Europe to the USA, including our founder and his family.

When we first ventured into America, we faced the challenge of operating without a trusted network of partners. Through perseverance, we meticulously tried and tested providers across various categories, ultimately forming a support ecosystem of companies that possessed a deep understanding of the complexities of US and international business, and could convey these in a way that resonated with us.

As we supported more companies hiring in the US, it became evident the supportive framework we envisioned still didn't exist for founders facing employment challenges in the US. We had to navigate this journey the hard way, but others shouldn't have to go through the same struggles.
