Over a decade ago, our founder took the bold step of expanding his recruitment business, initially focused on VC and PE-backed companies, into the American market.

Since that time, we have successfully established our presence in all 50 states, facilitating the relocation of numerous employees from Europe to the USA, including our founder and his family.

When we first ventured into America, we faced the challenge of operating without a trusted network of partners. Through perseverance, we meticulously tried and tested providers across various categories, ultimately forming a support ecosystem of companies that possessed a deep understanding of the complexities of US and international business, and could convey these in a way that resonated with us.

As we assisted more companies with their hiring needs across the US, it became evident that the supportive framework we had envisioned still did not exist for founders facing employment challenges in the US. We had to navigate this journey the hard way, but others shouldn't have to go through the same struggles.

That’s why we founded In2America. Drawing on the insights we've gained, we aim to demystify employment solutions, ensuring that your expansion experience is seamless and manageable.
